As the Director of Education, I am the lead in charge of all instructional staff, curriculum development and implementation, and outside consultation known as the Advisory Board. Additional responsibilities include: staff scheduling, adjunct instruction, gear maintenance, intern guidance, instructor training, and session audio engineering.
